Historic "Walking Y" Ranch, San Ardo

The historic Freeman “Walking Y” Ranch offers recreational and hunting opportunities as well as livestock grazing. Approximately 4,009 acres, the Ranch is nestled in the foothills of the Gabilan Mountain Range, some 10 miles east of the small rural community of San Ardo. The Ranch is very private as it is surrounded by other large ranch holdings and is located at the very end of Pancho Rico Road (an asphalt paved county-maintained roadway).
